My family have had a caravan at Bank End for 40 years. The children loved it so much they now have their own. The site is by the sea with some beautiful walks and cycle rides around the bay. The people are friendly and we get together for parties, BBQs, and more. It can also be very quiet and peaceful during the week. We love it.

The Great Outdoors

Bank End Caravan Park is surrounded by acres of open countryside and the Irish Sea coastline. It makes for the perfect base to enjoy long coastal walks and the wilderness.

Historic Lancaster

Take a short drive along our winding country roads and arrive in the heart of historic Lancaster, where you'll find a huge castle, a beautiful park, and many brilliant shops, cafes and pubs.

Outstanding Beauty

Cumbria and the Lake District National Park are easily accessible from Bank End Caravan Park. Kendal, Windermere and Ambleside are less than hour away. The Forest of Bowland is even closer.

Enquire about your own holiday home

Close to Lancaster, Bank End Caravan Park makes an ideal base for exploring the Forest of Bowland, Lake District, Morecambe Bay and the Lancashire countryside.

Bank End Caravan Park has been owned and managed by the Lawson family since 1937.

Originally a place of escape for factory owners from the industrial cities of the north, the original wooden chalets evolved over time to become the caravan holidays homes our visitors love today.

Our caravan park is surrounded by opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors. Take a walk to a country pub or spend a long afternoon fishing. Enjoy boating or windsurfing, golfing or parachuting - we have it all on our doorstep.

Our park is also ideally situated for venturing to the Lakes (around 45 minutes away) or to the big city lights of Manchester or Liverpool (around an hour away).
